WHO WE WORK WITH

 

try this simple mental exercise

this one is designed to enhance reaction time and sharpen your visual acuity.

Here’s how it works.


Start a 1-2 min timer and find the number 22 on the grid, and then find the subsequent numbers (23, 24, 25 etc in order) till the timer goes off. Try this with different starting numbers to train your visual acuity and speed up your reaction


If you want to challenge yourself further, try finding a number and then add 3 to the number you found and find that new number (ex. Find 6 then add 3 to that so then you find 9, then 12, then 15, etc)
Or you can add some exercise to this and every 20 seconds you have to do 5 burpees.

There’s so many ways to mix it up and keep your brain sharp! This is one of my favorite Mental exercises, it trains visual acuity and mental speed and reaction time. It’s great for athletes having to make quick decisions while taking effective action. (Ex. Receiver catching a ball in traffic, shooting a puck through traffic, goalies blocking a shot).

Welcome to Mental Strength Performance, LLC. I started MSP because I am passionate to help people be their best self. I believe that there is a best version of ourselves within us. This version of our self comes out every now and then, some call it flow, others call it being in the zone. Whatever you call it, you’ve probably felt it, you’ve experienced its beauty and incredible impact on your life. To me this feeling is what performing at our best feels like. Peak performance should not be a once in awhile event, it can be a daily experience! It should be a daily experience! I believe that many people settle for being good at their sport or job or life. Unfortunately, many people fall in the trap of mediocrity. I believe that there are existing variables that need to be considered and developed that will help you achieve daily peak performance. These variables are the 4 Pillars of Peak Performance. Everything we do at MSP is focused around these 4 Pillars. My passion and focus is on the mental pillar. I believe that this mental pillar is the missing link to peak performance.
